Printed Chocolates builds on the legacy of Belgian quality, responsibly sourcing Belgium chocolate, minimizing environmental impact, and empowering our small Wales-based team to make a positive footprint with every box.
Ethical & Sustainable Sourcing
- We use high-quality couverture chocolate exclusively from Callebaut, including:
- All chocolate is made with cocoa sourced through the Cocoa Horizons program—a sustainability farming, better livelihoods for cocoa growers, and traceable sourcing.
Packaging & Materials
- All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, helping to reduce landfill waste.
- We minimise the use of plastics, and where possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable protective materials.
Energy & Resource Management
- Our facility runs entirely on electric power, which reduces reliance on fossil fuels.
- We are actively exploring renewable energy sources and carbon-offsetting opportunities as our business
- We aim to reduce water use and maintain energy-efficient production wherever possible.
Waste Reduction
- Our production process is designed for minimal waste.
- Chocolate offcuts and misprints are reused or disposed of responsibly.
- Packaging waste is sorted and recycled in line with local authority schemes.
Distribution & Delivery
- We partner with reliable courier services and aim to work with those offering carbon-neutral delivery wherever possible
- Orders are packaged compactly to reduce shipping volume and environmental impact.
