It is our aim to delivery to you the very best chocolates. If you like our chocolates please tell your friends – if you don’t please tell us!

We will always endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 weeks, as orders are made to order, if your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss delivery times in more detail. Please note we do not offer a same day delivery service.

Security & Privacy

It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal details. We will store and process any details you provide at the time of registering or purchasing to help support our service to you and from time to time we will provide you with details of our products and special offers.

Delivery to UK mainland is £5.00 regardless of size of order.
There is an additional charge for some areas of Wales, Scotland & in London Congestion Areas, we shall advise you of this at the time of shipping.

Payment will be processed at the time of preparing your order. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will mail you details of your order and confirmation details of payment. You will be mailed your order confirmation by Printed Chocolates.

Orders will not be processed until full payment is made by one of the above options.

For larger corporate companies, payment is within 14 days from date of order. If it is an ongoing monthly order, we are happy to agree payment terms with you.

As orders are made to order, we cannot accept cancellation once the order has gone to print. You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, after this we cannot accept cancellation and you will be liable for the full payment.

Delivery

Delivery is made by Courier and is only shipped Monday – Thursday as we do not want the chocolates sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

We charge a flat rate fee of £5.00 for delivery to England and most regions of Scotland and Wales, There may be an additional charge to London Congestion areas.

If we are delivering to a business address or a third party address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. Printed Chocolates shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.

There will be an additional charge for redelivery if you fail to provide us with the correct delivery address postcode. If you choose to cancel an order that has an incorrect delivery address postcode once it has been dispatched you will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee. This is the amount charged to us by our carriers to return or redirect undelivered goods.

If you require delivery to an address other than that of the payment address please contact us with delivery address details.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.

A signature is required on delivery. Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. This will request that the recipient contacts their local UK Mail delivery depot to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local delivery depot within 3 working days to arrange collection or re-delivery.

UK Delivery Area: United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, and Wales.
There is an additional delivery charge for Northern Scotland and the Islands.
We will be happy to obtain a quote from our carriers for your specific region.

If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items which fail to reach us.

Refunds

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products or our service we will always do our best to ensure that we resolve the problem to your satisfaction. We comply with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You may return any unopened non food items within seven working days from date of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that our chocolates are perishable goods and are therefore exempt from this Regulation.

If our goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact us either by email or phone before returning the goods.

Chocolate Storage

Our chocolates should be stored cool and dry 13 – 18 degrees centigrade. Do not store them in the fridge. Dampness or condensation will cause our chocolates to bloom and it will damage the print on the chocolates. This does not affect the taste but does not look nice. We always recommend that you order little and often. The shelf life of some of our chocolates is as long as six months but only if they are stored in optimum conditions. Any questions please ask.
